Teams, your account, and getting set up

Workspaces (teams), switching teams, your profile, and what to connect first.

Everything in AFFMAX lives inside a team — your workspace. Offers, funnels, landing pages, domains, network connections, leads, API tokens, and your plan's quotas all belong to the current team. You only ever see the current team's data, so a team is the single boundary that keeps one workspace's work separate from another's.

Teams (workspaces)

Your screen always shows exactly one team's data. The active team's name appears in the top-right menu. From there you can:

  • Switch teams — pick a different team you belong to. The whole app reloads in that team's context.
  • Create a team — start a fresh, empty workspace. You enter a Team Name and become its owner; a URL slug is generated for you from the name.

"Something's missing?" — check your team first

If an offer, funnel, or domain you expected isn't showing up, the most common cause is that you're in the wrong team. Open the top-right menu and switch to the team that owns it. Nothing is shared across teams.

Team Settings

Open Team Settings (top-right menu) to edit the workspace itself. Only owners and admins can open this page. You can:

Field Editable?
Team Name Yes
URL Slug No — fixed, used in URLs
Members Read-only count vs. your seat limit
Plan Read-only

Your account

The My Account page (reached from your avatar menu, not the main tabs) is about you, not the team — it follows you across every team you belong to. Here you can update your name and password.

Signing in with Google

If you registered or signed in with Google, your account shows that it's linked. If you use a password today and want one-click Google sign-in, use the Connect Google button on the My Account page to link your Google identity to your existing account.

First-run checklist

A brand-new team is empty. To get to live traffic, set things up in this order:

  1. Connect a network account — link Everflow or CAKE so AFFMAX can pull in your offers.
  2. Add a domain — you need at least one domain to serve landing pages on.
  3. Build a funnel — funnels are the only path to traffic; they own all routing from a landing page through to the offer.

Once an offer is ready, a published funnel references it, and a domain is wired in, you can run a flight to start buying traffic.
